Page Analytics

Page Analytics tracks visits to your handle page. It requires Premium Access.

What you can see

The Page Analytics dashboard shows:

• Visitors, visits, pageviews, bounce rate, and average visit duration
• Realtime visitors
• Traffic sources and referrers
• Countries and regions
• Devices and browsers
• Donation conversions and payment methods

How to access it

Open Dashboard > Page Analytics. The main dashboard chart can also show or hide a Page Visitors line alongside donations, followers, and live hours.

Accuracy

Visitor analytics are estimates:

• Ad blockers may prevent a visit from being counted.
• VPNs, mobile carriers, and corporate networks can make locations inaccurate.
• A blocked analytics request does not stop the visitor from using your page or donating.

Use visitor counts to compare trends, not as a billing record. Donation records come from the payment flow and remain exact when visitor tracking is blocked.

Data freshness

Dashboard data is cached for one hour. Use the refresh button to request current data. Realtime visitors refresh every 30 seconds and may be cached for up to 60 seconds.
