# ZeroCut Terms of Service

## Plain-language summary

Users must be at least 18, have legal capacity to agree to the terms, provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and comply with applicable laws. Stripe or PayPal must be connected to receive donations. ZeroCut charges no percentage platform fee, while payment processors may apply their own fees and payout rules.

Basic and Premium access are lifetime purchases with final, non-refundable sales. Premium includes additional customization, Discord tools, and analytics. Custom domains are a separate monthly add-on and require the user to control the domain, configure DNS correctly, keep registration active, and take responsibility for content served on that domain.

Prohibited uses include unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, infringing, phishing, malware, or abusive activity. ZeroCut can suspend accounts, disable custom domains, remove content, or cooperate with competent authorities when needed to enforce the terms and applicable law.
